I don't know about you but I am sick of the Democratic party being tagged as "Anti-War".  I don't think you can find 10 Democrats across the country that think we shouldn't have gone into Afghanistan. That is the war we should be focusing on.

We are against the handling of the Iraq War and the utter failure of foreign policy by this administration. While W and his neocon stooges duped America into believing the real threat was in Iraq, we failed to complete the original mission. CAPTURE OR KILL OSAMA BIN LADEN, crush al-Qaeda and drive the Taliban out of Afghanistan.

Back to my first statement. I have seen so many headlines this week about anti-war candidate Lamont or Democrats are the anti-war party. As a veteran of the Navy, I resent these mischaracterizations. I strongly believe that war should be used as the last resort, that does not make me a pacifist or anti-war. That makes us responsible stewards of democracy and common sense.

The pinheads on the right have already started their "Democrats are weak" crap after Lamont beat Lieberman.(M)Ann Coulter said "They hate Bush because he is fighting the war on terrorism. " Give me a freakin' break.
